Splitting a Unit With Roommates

Splitting halves your cost but requires ground rules:

2. Divide the unit physically. Left side / right side, with a tape line. Shared shelving gets labeled bins per person.
3. Label everything with your name. August move-in is chaos; unlabeled boxes get "temporarily borrowed."
